HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
MAY I ADD A GIFT NOTE WITH MY ORDER?
Certainly. Please type your note upon checkout.
I WOULD LIKE TO CUSTOMIZE A SINGLE CARD. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
All of our cards are available as shown in our shop. While we would love to be able to customize a card for you, it is simply not possible due to the nature and labor-intensive set-up of letterpress printing. Anywhere from 2 – 3 hours are spent setting the press up, mixing ink, printing, and cleaning the press, therefore we print between 200 – 1,000 of our designs at a time.
ARE YOU ABLE TO PRINT SOMETHING I DESIGNED?
We only print our designs at the moment.
WHAT FONTS DO YOU USE?
Nearly all the paper goods you see in our shop are hand-lettered by Sarah, owner of Parrott Design Studio.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?
We print our cards on Reich Savoy 100% cotton paper. It is tree free and made from 100% cotton linters, which are left over from the textile industry. It is acid free, recyclable, biodegradable, and elemental chlorine free. We also print on French Paper. Produced by using hydropower in the United States, French Paper is acid free, lignin free, and FSC ® certified.
ARE YOU ECO-FRIENDLY?
Being green is very important to us. While we do use a lot of paper in the studio, we source the most eco-friendly, high quality papers for printing (see above!). We use recyclable sleeves to package all of our greeting cards. We recycle or re-use all shipping, packaging, and office supplies, and try to use as little packaging as possible when shipping your order, while keeping it well-protected.
DO YOU DONATE GOODS TO CHARITABLE CAUSES?
Thank you so much for considering Parrott Design Studio. If we could, we would help all the worthy causes out there, however we have chosen to focus our charitable giving on local non-profits that are near and dear to us.
AM I ABLE TO BUY YOUR PAPER GOODS IN PERSON?
Absolutely! We proudly support the over 100 shops throughout the US and around the world that carry our paper goods. Please visit Our Stores page to find a local retailer. Do not see one near you? Let us know your favorite local retailer.
