Our minimum opening order is $150.  Quantity requirements per items are listed below:
Single greeting cards: 6 per style
Boxed greeting cards: 3 per style
Enclosure cards: 6 per style
Letter From Santa: 3 letter sets
Notebooks, Mini Notebooks, and Notepads: 3 per style
Keepsake Box: 3 per style
Art Prints: 3 per style
Pens: 6 per style; 3 per mixed set
Pencils: 6 per set
Letter Openers: 6 per style


Orders may be submitted via this website (approved account needed), email, or fax.

Payment may be made via pre-paid check or credit card.  All payments are processed at the time of shipment.  Established accounts may be considered for Net30 terms.

Our standard turnaround time is 1 - 3 weeks. All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment.  Domestic and International orders ship via USPS Priority mail.  Please notify us of any time-sensitivie orders or special shipping instructions.  All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of retailers.  Orders ship from Sebago, Maine.


All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order.  Returns are accepted if defective items are received.  Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.  All items must be returned in original packaging.  If an items is on backorder, we will notify you immediately.  


All Parrott Design Studio products must be displayed in their original packaging.  Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually.
