Parrott Design Studio is fully committed to providing the highest quality paper goods and stand behind everything we design and create.  You, the customer, are the reason we are able to do what we love each day!  Please contact us with any concerns over your order and we will remedy it promptly. 

ORDERS

Online orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days via USPS mail.  We do our best to make sure all items are in stock, but occasionally certain items are on backorder.  We will notify via email in the event of a shipping delay.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail, which generally takes 3 - 5 business days. Parrott Design Studio happily ships to International customers, however we are not responsible for customs regulations or duties that may apply.  Please allow at least 10 business days for International orders to arrive.  Once your order has shipped, please understand Parrott Design Studio has no control over how long the USPS takes to deliver your items and base the above timeline on what the USPS provides. 

PAYMENT

Parrott Design Studio accepts all major credit cards and Paypal.

REFUNDS

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging, unopend and unused, and in salable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Parrott Design Studio is not responsible for items lost by the Postal Service and will not provide refunds for lost orders. If you have not received your order, please contact us.

PRIVACY

Parrott Design Studio takes the security of your personal information very seriously.  We never share or sell information to third parties.  The information we collection from you is for the purposes of processing and shipping your order.
